Aramid material is a step up from Alto's 'Red Eagle' friction material and is also bonded to a lightweight backing plate. The Aramid series are 'High Performance' friction plates for motorcycles which are equipped with high-output engines that are ridden hard. They offer excellent heat resistance and endurance. Just ask anyone who has worked with or has ridden a bike in which a set of these Alto clutch plates were installed. Sold as set.
