a) Navigation data

These data will be kept for the purposes of providing the services, as well as for promotional activities and for the duration of 10 years from the termination of the contractual relationship. For tax purposes and for other obligations under the law, the same data will be kept for 10 years, unless the law allows a longer retention period, also due to the accrual of the prescription of any rights claimed by third parties.

c) Supplier data
In order to ensure the smooth running of the employment relationship we need contact details of the relevant parties operating within the supplying company (such as names, surnames, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses). We also need all the data necessary to issue the invoice, as well as the bank details necessary to pay for the services purchased (if it falls within the stipulated contractual agreements). For the aforementioned purposes, the data will be kept for a period of one year starting from the termination of the contractual relationship. For fiscal purposes and for the other obligations foreseen by the law, the data will be kept for 10 years, unless the law allows a longer retention period, also due to the accrual of the prescription of any rights claimed by third parties.

d) Data processing deriving from the connection with social media
You can register on the Wildbike site - Quattrotempi even if you have a Facebook profile. In this case, Facebook will automatically provide Wildbike - Quattrotempi some of your personal data.   2. for the domains of competence of the registry GMO Registry the data are transmitted to Tokyo - Japan (where the registry is based);
  3. for the domains of competence of the Uniregistry register the data are transmitted to George Town Grand Cayman (in which the registry is based);
  4. for the domains of competence of the InternetX registry the data are transmitted to Miami - Florida (where the registry is based);
  5. for the domains of competence of the Neustar register the data are transmitted to Sterling - United States (where the register is based);
  6. for the domains of the Public Internet Registry (PIR) register, the data are transmitted to Reston - United States (where the registry is located);
  7. for the domains of competence of Verisign the data are transmitted to Reston - United States (in which the company is based);
  8. for the domains of Onlinenic, data are transmitted in California - United States (where the company is based)
  9. for digital certificates issued by the Digicert company the data are transmitted in the Utah - United States (where the company is based)


In the aforesaid circumstances, the recipient companies of the data guarantee us standards of protection, thanks to appropriate technical, organizational and legal measures.

WHICH RIGHTS CAN EXERCISE

As an interested party you can exercise the rights referred to in Articles from 16 to 22 of EU Regulation 679/16:

Art. 16 - Right of rectification
You have the right to obtain from the data controller the correction of inaccurate personal data concerning you without undue delay. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, you have the right to obtain the integration of incomplete personal data, also by providing an additional declaration.

Art. 17 - Right to cancellation
You have the right to obtain from the data controller the deletion of your personal data without undue delay and the data controller is obliged to cancel your personal data without undue delay if one of the following reasons exists:

withdraw the consent on which the processing is based in accordance with Article 6 (1) (a) or Article 9 (2) (a) and whether there is no other legal basis for the processing;
opposes the processing pursuant to Article 21 (1), and there is no legitimate overriding reason to proceed with the processing, or opposes you to the processing pursuant to Article 21 (2);
personal data have been processed unlawfully;
personal data must be deleted to fulfill a legal obligation under Union or Member State law to which the controller is subject;
the personal data have been collected in relation to the information society service offer referred to in Article 8 (1).

Art. 18 - Right to limit the processing
You have the right to obtain from the data controller the limitation of processing when one of the following hypotheses occurs:

the processing is illegal and you oppose the cancellation of personal data asking instead that its use is limited;
although the data controller no longer needs it for processing purposes, your personal data are necessary for the assessment, exercise or defense of a right in court;

Art. 21 - Opposition right
You have the right to object at any time, for reasons connected to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1, letters e) or f), including profiling on the basis of these provisions. The data controller refrains from further processing personal data unless he demonstrates the existence of binding legitimate reasons to proceed with the processing that prevail over your interests, rights and freedoms or for the assessment, exercise or defense of a right in court. is authorized by the law of the Union or of the Member State to which the controller is subject, which also specifies appropriate measures to protect your rights, your freedoms and your legitimate interests;
is based on your explicit consent.

In the cases referred to in paragraph 2 (a) and (c), the controller shall implement appropriate measures to protect your rights, your freedoms and your legitimate interests, at least the right to obtain human intervention from the controller , to express their opinion and to challenge the decision.
The decisions referred to in paragraph 2 shall not be based on the particular categories of personal data referred to in Article 9 (1), unless Article 9 (2) (a) and (g) applies and not appropriate measures are in place to protect your rights, your freedoms and your legitimate interests.
