The hardtail offers 2" of stretch and 5" of ground clearance for a premium look with a standard-length front end.
This frame is constructed from 0.120"-thick (approximately 1/8") American steel tubing bent with a precision CNC mandrel bender to ensure the highest quality and bending accuracy. All tubing is sized for The rigid frame is designed using the latest 3D CAD software and built here in the USA using a precision, 100% CNC-machined welding jig for the best fit in the industry. The high-strength axle plates are CNC laser-cut from 3/8" thick American steel plate. They feature classic styling, an integrated fender mount hole, and threaded axle adjusters for maximum convenience. Due to the increased width, a 1" offset sprocket or pulley is required, as well as a longer axle (see TC Bros part number #104-0032). Due to the increased width, a longer chain or belt (137-tooth belt) is also required. Most customers convert belt-driven Sportsters to chain drives for the best performance, maximum frame clearance, and maximum savings compared to belt drives.
