All cams are described throughout this reach 6500 rev / min with the original hydraulic tappets. Since the original tappets has been found suitable, we continue to advise not to convert them into rigid. The Andrews cams have standard diameter, and can be used with the original tenders are not adjustable (except V9 and BV). adjustable rods in aluminum or chrome molybdenum steel (fixed are still available for 1991 models). The gear cam 2 (36 teeth) used on most models from 2000 to today is not the same as used on most models from 1991 to 1999. For this reason codes article for models from 2000 onwards are listed separately.
Note: The Sportster engines from 1991 are considerably different from the previous. Camshafts for the first models will not fit models from 1991 to 1999.
