The inserts feature a sleeve made of sound-absorbing fiberglass material and stainless steel meshes, which help improve sound quality
Although the inserts work to reduce tone and volume, they also contribute to the increase in power of the mufflers
For models that use a crossover on the stock system, Cobra slip-on exhausts include a similar OEM-style header pipe to increase overall performance
They do not require any adjustment or ECU mapping.
They can be installed on stock manifolds
