Straight fishtail 36" muffler set has an outer diameter of 1-7/8" for M8 models. Fishtails are straight through without baffles. The stock pipe diameter measures to be 4.33". The fish tail set measures 1-7/8" for its outer diameter. Extension pipes have channel mount brackets that are welded in place. Includes channel mount on top of the pipe to mount like the original. Use existing hardware and clamps for installation. *NOTE: The right hand fishtail has 2-1/2" inlet and the left side fishtail has 1-3/4" inlet.
They use the original mounting brackets without any modification to the frame and the manifolds. No change or remapping of the control unit required
