The kit includes two 1.35 m standard black corrugated hoses with PTFE (Teflon) lining, two 2 m internal cables, and a selection of fittings. One end of the internal wire is equipped with a barrel fitting (6 mm OD x 5 mm (BN575/55)). The other end must be cut to length and the required barrel fitting welded in place. The ferrules and adjusters fit perfectly onto the hose. They can be glued in place during assembly, or a small recess can be made in the side using a punch. The fittings can be adapted to a wide range of models. A basic welding kit is required to weld the barrel fittings.
