The AMM-P3 is a professional electronic ignition system developed specifically for Harley-Davidson Twin Cam and Sportster motorcycles.
Perfect for any stock to performance application and absolutely brilliant for running an engine when converting from fuel injection to carburetor.
It is designed using the latest technology available and implements a new approach to calculating spark timing, resulting in unrivaled resolution and accuracy. The AMM-P3 features Synchro-Control mode, a proprietary development from AMM, capable of automatically optimizing engine torque across the entire rpm range.
This is done in real time using large-scale calculations in the 16 MHz ignition computer.

Supports all levels of engine tuning (Big Bore, Stroke, Turbo Charged).
Uses fully balanced advance curves.
Perfect idle at 900 rpm or even 350 rpm, whatever your preference.

Three control knobs allow 4 settings for each range; maximum advance, advance curves and rev limiter at 5750, 6000, 6250 and 6500 rpm.
On stock motorcycles it is not necessary to remove the ECU, this way the ignition will work with the stock immobilizer and the ECU will only control the stock electronic speedometer.
On CAN-bus (HD-LAN) models the kill switch and tachometer (RPM) will not work.
It will also work on fuel injected Evo models and 08-10 Buell XBs (which have crank sensors).
Adjustments can be made with the engine off or on.
The dimensions are 6x7x3 cm, smaller than a pack of cigarettes.
